I am a 4th generation Oregonian who loves people, interiors and houses! I grew up playing with dollhouses and making cardboard models of the important homes in my life. My love for interiors and homes is deeply rooted in my childhood. I remember vividly studying the Spiegel catalog every year and dreaming of what my room could look like. One year for my birthday my parents let me choose a new bedroom set from the catalog that included a bedspread, bedskirt, pillows and custom valance (filled with tissue paper- if you know, you know). It was transformative. Fast forward all these years and now I get to live my dream and help others achieve homeownership. It is a true joy to help my clients find a place to tell their stories and call home. I can’t get enough of the moments and connections we experience throughout the home buying and selling process. Selling a Home
Selling your home can be an exciting yet complex journey, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
My home selling process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your property. I will assess its unique features, location, and market conditions to determine the optimal marketing strategy.
Next, I will stage your property with my in house staging company, House Dressing. This is where we tell the story of your home. I am passionate about presenting properties in a new and unique way. In fact, I get the feedback often, that homes feel different once they are staged. Many sellers wish they had done it years ago.
After staging, I will continue telling your home’s story through photo and video marketing, open houses, private showings, print materials, word of mouth and more.
Throughout the entire home selling process, I will be there to answer your questions, address any concerns, and provide regular updates. I do have a wonderful transaction coordinator, Kayla, and team of professionals I work with, but ultimately you are stuck with me.
